HAGER + ELSÄSSER received the order for planning and realization of the waste water treatment plant. Basis for the project planning was a daily output of 12.000 t of sugar beets.
The process consists mainly of the following stages:
- Anaerobic treatment of highly polluted waste water as first treatment stage
- Biogas generation. The resulting biogas is used for energetic purposes in sugar production.
- Aerobic treatment as second treatment stage and for low polluted waste waters.
The project will, like already the planning phase, be implemented in close cooperation with Moscow-based OOO Hager + Elsässer Vostok.
Commissioning of this plant is quarter 4, 2010.
