Cooling water at river Rhein

On 21.07.2010 the WDR broadcasted a part of their series "Lokalzeit" . The main topic was cooling a power plant in summertime. The film shows very good pictures of the cooling water make up in the RWE power plant in Niederaußem, which was realized by HAGER + ELSÄSSER.
